Winter Meditation Schedule
This Winter - starting February 7th - we will be meeting at 4612 Club Road twice a week for meditation.
The meditation will be from 10am to 11:15 Tuesday and Thursday. All forms of silent meditation are welcome.
You must call first to make sure we are meeting. Things change.

There will be chants, poetry, sacred readings, 20 minute meditation and discussion. Typically we meet for about an hour
There will be coffee or tea afterwords
